Marlin & Sailfish: January to April is the Peak Season for Billfish. If you want to see a Sailfish tail-walking, this is your window.

Yellowfin Tuna: The action heats up from May to August. We look for the spinning dolphins to find the massive schools of Tuna.
Mahi-Mahi (Dorado): Their arrival varies each year, but they typically follow the debris lines created by the first rains.
Wahoo: Often found in the cooler currents during these months, providing a high-speed challenge for any angler.
